He is currently working with XXXX as a Customer Success Lead where he and team is mainly focused on supporting their Top 30 global key accounts; he is responsible for maximizing the value of their products/projects from zero and he is doing both technical side and account management as well during the course of his career. His focus is always to drive the customer success, strategic program and project management as well, he has worked with several business partner management as well with some global partners. He is leading the success team as well for their key accounts, ensure they understand the strategy, and look over the full potential of their digital transformation investment; he is the main contact for this key accounts and works together with the delivery team and other cross-functional teams to complete their projects. Basically he’s responsible for looking after their super key accounts from start to project completion and serve as a bridge with their customers to mutual success.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be account and relationship management in the tech industry; good with talking to customers and really getting to the bottom of what they need. Project/Program management and partner base management are things as well that he’s good with. Also, since his previous roles, he has worked already with global companies so he thinks this can be of big advantage to his career and future roles.
- Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has 10+ years of experience with customer-facing roles such as being customer success lead, head of business development, and such. He has previous experience within utility industry during his time with his previous company where they worked with network SaaS products. He is also knowledgeable with SaaS applications and cloud platforms in general.
