  1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?

She has been in Sales for the last 20 years and has been in the Telecom for quite long for 12 years to be specific. She then shifted to working for media company for a while and then she doesn't think that working for media company doesn't suit her well that's why she left the company and moved to a new one and she then started a brand and created a business strategy and left the partnership company to pursue her career back in the telecom industry.

  1. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?

Relationship building, she can always pin-point the problem and develop a solution immediately. She can earn a lot of trust from her customer, and she is also a great trust builder.

  1. Because of her work related to Airtel she started selling other data centre business. She also thinks that data centre is a booming area in sales/marketing. She then joined Cyxtera which is a US based company. They also have a different other business such as cybersecurity solutions etc. Because it is a newer company there was a lot of restructuring and their Hong Kong asset, they gave up their Hong Kong market due to legal reasons that's why she was laid off.
4. She started in individual sales but after a few months after a few months she was asked to open a new market in Japan and started an MNC team in Japan targeting the non-Japanese MNC company in banking/finance/manufacturing companies. She handled a small team in sales she is responsible in mentoring and training them and to make sure that they are performing well and from time to time she was actively participating in customer presentations and then because of some reasons she got in touch with an Indian company which is quite new in the Market she joined the company which is a mobile company but she joined the international business department which is to sale solutions/data centre/VPN to their partners like China Mobile, China Unicom, China Telecom and Alibaba and Tencent. She was the sales representative and sales director for the Hong Kong company, and she is responsible for everything like pricing support, selling, customer relationship building. Worked their 7 years and helped builder their image
