  1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
    She has a broad experience with SaaS context within the education industry. Currently, she’s working with XXXX where they work with international schools across the APAC region; on a regional level, she has lots of experience working around sales, account management, and customer success within SaaS and EdTech. In her current role as an International New Business Development Manager, she’s involved in a combination of account management and new business which means she’s bringing in revenue but also retaining customers moving forward; she’s servicing existing accounts, nurturing relationships for additional upsell or cross sell while also prospecting for potentially new customers who can be onboarded with tests.

     
  2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
    Strongest skill would be adaptability in terms of working with various stakeholders and customers, adaptability in terms of approach required for specific accounts and customers within the region, working in a kid of customer-centric way, and aligning the company’s objectives in terms of revenue and customer’s needs, requirements.  

     
  3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
    Most of her career since she started are all customer-facing, specifically she has around 10-12 years in account management, customer success, business development, and related roles. She has mostly worked in the educational sector for SaaS cloud-based platforms, and she’s pretty open to explore and diversify her experience with other industry. Has good communication skills and proven experience with customer retention.
