   She has over 28 years of experience in sales and customer-facing roles, she currently serves as a Business Development Director at XXXX, managing energy-saving projects. Her role includes client presentations, commercial translations, project implementation, contract negotiations, and collaboration with the project management team on installation, publicity, association work, and government funding applications. Previously, she worked part-time at the University of XXXX as a Project Director and held additional responsibilities, also serving as a trainer and working with a consulting company as Head of Administration and HR. Her prior experience includes roles as an Executive Assistant, strategic marketing in a Hong Kong-listed company with operations in Singapore, and nearly ten years with a government organization handling administrative tasks and serving as a personal assistant. She is currently seeking new job opportunities.

2.    What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in

Her strongest skills include project execution, client services, customer service, and administration. She is heavily involved in client servicing but admits to not being very interested in sales. The service side of her work is somewhat different from her current role.
