His background is in Computer Science, after graduation he worked as a full stack developer and got engaged in customer-facing role activities. He then took a Master of Science in Information Systems Management to get into the business side. His first job in a SaaS company was with XXX, where he managed an operational resources team and learned about various aspects of the industry. He established a support team, presales team, and professional services team using his technical req. knowledge.
Currently employed as a Sales Engineer at XXX, a SaaS firm, his responsibilities include overseeing the sales team's technical needs in order to close deals. Create internal technical training content for an in-depth examination of new feature releases and direction for the global sales staff on how to implement them.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
His area of expertise would be consulting, whether it be for a product or a specific technology, and he would be able to articulate and convey a message to both laymen and engineers, rated himself 5 out of 5.
His successful projects as a Consultant would be the migration and contact convergence whether it is a customer who is migrating from one platform to another or jumping from one system to another system. AWS information security, deployment, and compliance subject matter expert utilized to bridge knowledge gaps between any mix of internal and external stakeholders.
He has just user experience with SFCC. Has worked on a project called payment solutions product to obtain several prospects and formalize the product offering for the APAC area. They were a digital advertising campaign to monetize the product, sell it on Spotify, and ensure that after the consumer paid, they would be able to access the content without any commercials.
