He has a decade of technical or presales experience and is now working with XXXX as a Solution Engineer where he’s talking to many executives to understand their pains and struggles then adopt GenAI solutions to propose for their business; he mainly focuses on Greater China community for this job. Before this, he did different roles and capacities in XXXX, including Senior Presales and Business Process Consultant as the last two functions he did, he was dealing there with ERP/digital transformations across Greater China, India, and ASEAN regions.
