1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is currently working with XXXX as part of the customer success team managing a portfolio of around 20 corporate clients across APAC region to help them with the implementation of their solutions. He is responsible for maintaining the customer relationship, setting up regular calls and meetings with their clients for project follow-ups, and also exchange feedbacks with them to understand what they really need and their requirements. He’s also in charge of handling renewals and collaboration with other teams. Before this, he was also a Customer Success Manager for XXXX where he made sure their clients are satisfied with their solutions, understand their needs and requirements, and whenever there’s a chance, upsell or cross sell to them as well to expand their usage of their solutions. He was involved with negotiations and sometimes building up customer use-cases for marketing purposes. He started off as an Account Manager for XXXX where he was mostly involved with their clients’ financial and tax compliances, corporate governances, and reporting obligations.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be managing client relationships since he has handled different clients with different needs and requirements so it’s really important to listen to what they really need and understand the solution that they need to provide to them. He has active listening skills and great problem solving skills as well and believes all these are keys in being a great customer success person.  
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has been doing account management and customer success management since he started his career for more than 4 years now. He also has great experience with handling and deploying SaaS solutions since his recent two companies are SaaS-based companies, one is used to automate legal, financial, and business due diligences and the other is with regards to ESG. That gives him experience within the energy sector as well since his current company is also providing energy sustainability solutions.
