1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She is currently working in XXXX as a Lead Technical Account Manager where she’s looking after some major accounts for the exchange business. She is part of the Asia Pacific team mostly working with trading systems/platforms as well as risk platform for the big exchanges including Singapore Exchange, Japan, and other main players in APAC. Her main client right now is Hong Kong Exchange which she is looking after their technical requirements, ensure all issues/concerns are addressed well, defining solutions, monitoring projects so she’s inclined to being BA and PM as well. She also handles technical issues and production issues sometimes in this role. Previously, she was with XXXX as a Trading Operations Manager where she managed all the participants/trading parties, address any connection or technical issues, and ensure that they have the facilities to train their exchange. Apart from these companies, she has worked on several investment banking such as XXXX as an Analyst Developer, XXXX as a Systems Specialist, and with XXXX as an Application Support Manager. She started off with XXXX as a Chartered Electrical Engineer for about 4+ years where she worked on a special project of distributions automation project for them.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be engaging with businesses, regardless of industry, can be from finance, ERP, or any other type of business. She is strong with engaging on their technical requirements, communicate in their language, and delivering exactly what they want. She’s very comfortable liaising with BAs, technical teams, and developers as well to make sure all requirements are addressed properly.  
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has more than 10 years of experience in doing customer-facing roles, recently as a Technical Account Manager and previously as a Presales Consultant and Operations Manager where she was responsible for direct hotline to her trading desk. She also has some experience with SaaS when she joined XXXX, she did presentations with clients, potential opportunities, and they’re mostly doingit on cloud. She also has worked with XXXX for more than 4 years during the early years of her career as an Engineer so she’s familiar with the company and culture already.
