1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has been working in the F&B Industry for about 5 years now, mostly as General Manager and related roles. He was recently with XXXX as a Bar Manager & Events Manager where he was launching different events and also was involved with upselling different restaurants, place, and packages to their customers. Before this, he was also a General Manager for XXXX where he was also involved in organising events for their clients. Before working in this industry, he was also a salesperson experienced in selling mobile products, mobile phone plans, and stuff when he was a Customer Service Representative for XXXX; he didn’t do cold calling but he is mostly doing technical support for their customers, mostly for their mobile product issues.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be multitasking since he can solve problems even before their customers/clients come to him, which practices his problem solving skills as well. He’s also proficient with sales especially upselling or cross-selling and can rate himself 7-8 out of 10 in it.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Most of his experience in sales before are B2C for mobile products, about 5 years ago since he has joined F&B afterwards. He has some contacts from the engineering/property developer industry since he has some friends working there, specifically within The Golden Gate in Hong Kong, but is not deeply connected with them. Most of the products he has sold are mobile phones, plans, and other mobile-related products.
