1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Currently, she’s a Customer Success Manager for XXXX where she is responsible for looking after specific protocols, follow up on client queries, and also drive the values out of their product that will help the client’s business in achieving their goals and also ensure that they derived the greatest value from the service. She’s also the one maintaining good client relationships, service review meeting with them on a regular basis, and look over majority of her accounts with global banks headquartered in Hong Kong. As a CSM, she’s also in charge in getting the client’s initiatives and help in ideation of products that could help them; upsell the client, review risk areas, and retain customer retention rate high. Before XXXX, she was with XXXX as a Delivery Manager where she was again focused on financial industry, also an APAC Technical Account Management for XXXX, and a Technical Account Manager for XXXX.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be her good client communication skills; engaging into business-driven discussions, also being a CSM, Technical Account/Delivery Manager, she’s good with focusing on the clients and products that they’re using, adopting into different products as well, and she’s also great with communicating to the internal team to understand the market situation.

   She has a strong experience with customer success and key account management for the last 10+ years of her experience. Mostly focused with financial and banking industry but is also open to explore other industries. She also is good with software as a service solutions since most of the products she supports are all cloud-based software services.
