1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He did his Bachelor’s in Hotel & Resort Management in Australia then studied in their China campus as well for about two years. After that, he joined XXXX where he was essentially playing the role of a manager and was involved with an upselling program to gain revenue for the resort. After that, he moved to XXXX as a Client Relations Specialist where he was mostly doing account management also worked on projects with various operations teams. He also has experience with XXXX as an IT Executive Support where he was mostly taking care of all the internal VIPs; he was troubleshooting, liaising with other teams, and working across all devices and various software. In that company, he also has set up their SOPs and ensure they are meeting the security required to enable usage for XXXX. After some time, he got into XXXX as a Senior Client Advisory Consultant where he was doing client advisory for digital accounting SaaS companies; he was advising clients and setting up companies in Hong Kong, building and maintaining relationships. He was also a senior member of the team so he was included in management meetings/decisions. Currently, he is with XXXX as a Regional Sales Manager where he is primarily in charge of taking care of APAC, setting up SOPs, and also did some marketing.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his sales and client relationship management skills since he has been doing this for several years now. Industry wise, he has been mostly with fintech, insurance, and digital accounting but is also open for any other relevant industries in the market.   
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has 7+ years of experience in doing account and relationship management for his current and previous roles. Most of his experiences are with financial, accounting, and some oil & gas experience as well. He is well-versed with deploying/implementing SaaS applications as well since he has done that in current and previous role, one of his recent ones is an anti-money laundering cloud SaaS product and solutions; mostly familiar with AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.
