- Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has 12 to 13 years mainly contracting company related to engineering work. He is responsible for project planning and monitoring. For the projects, they are using cams, and he was fixing stuff in the company. Right now, he is doing his own business-like freelancing.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
He specializes in programming, and he also has experience construction like building a project, doing baseline programs. He was acting as a planning manager for several projects as well and has good expertise in states like he can implement sales for big projects. He has been dealing before with ceramic with sanitary and marble as well as building modelling.
- Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has B2B experience in contact with construction in Middle East but not in Hong Kong. He has a contact to Grade A contractors and consultants in UAE and Saudi Arabia. Most of his clients were from contractors from AECOM, Louis Berger, HKO, GMP, Midmark, etc. He was involved in set projects like three or four towers plus three residential, in Midmark. He was also involved in the development as infrastructure in one full city in Barbo Commercial Ave. For the Qatar foundation, he was involved in 5 to 6 projects with them.
