1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs? 
She has been in fintech space for a long time and has covered all asset classes from fixed income equities, FX, commodities, and data as well such as market intelligence and solutions world; basically all the transactional platforms for the banking and corporation world. Currently, she’s doing a project for a German company providing sanctions data including export, import, and control data for the government. Most of her roles has always been focused in growth ranging from product manager, development, and product deployment all in the cloud and tech space. When she came to HK, she was the Transformation Product GTM for XXXX and also was the VP for Product Marketing of XXXX for several years where she set up and led branding and marketing for them in Hong Kong region. After that, she moved to XXXX where her last role was a Senior Product Growth Manager for international markets in APAC, was able to establish their first product GTM marketing agency. In her roles, she was also doing the relationship management and partnerships function where she did all account mapping, selling, and mostly understanding the company’s gaps, come up with a plan, and do the actual plan with them. She was with XXXX as well as the Product & Sales GTM Growth Director and then Covid hit so she started to join her ex-bosses startups and scale ups where she helped with the senior management side. After some time, she joined XXXX as GTM – Sales, Marketing, and AI Cloud Solutions Growth Director since she wanted to do AI, her focus areas includes deploying GTM market growth demand in product marketing, partner marketing, competitor analysis, and enabling sales as well to increase client adoption. 

2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in? 
Strongest skill would be working up quite quickly what the gaps of the company are, what needs to be done in terms of sales, growth, and GTM as well. Second strength is her ability to articulate in a way where the company can shift and transform their business, being strategic and understanding GTM properly, acquire leads, and account management as well. 

3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has been a customer-facing person for most of her career and has been in the SaaS space for about 10-14 years now especially during her time with XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX which is the German company she’s working for at the moment; most of the solutions she was involved with are fintech and data-related platforms. She also has experience with the energy sector as a product manager where she worked with energy upstream, downstream, petro chemicals, and whole commodity area.
