1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She has around 8 years of experience now and has always been working with Software companies dedicated selling SaaS solutions. About 7 years of her career, she has worked majority on the sales part; previously, she has worked with XXXX as an HR Product Specialist Sales where she was selling HRIS solutions, SaaS solutions, and others to C-suite in Hong Kong. During her time there, she closed a significant deal with a telco company with five-year contract, around 30 million HKD, and she’s not only doing the sales but also the customer success part where she was involved with the implementation, go live, and such. After that, she worked with XXXX as a Regional Sales Manager where they sold cybersecurity solutions to Hong Kong, Mongolia, and South China market; she successfully sold to government-owned banks, mining industry, and some FSI as well. She had to leverage different partners including their internal teams, customer success team, and such. She is very interested in the customer success side since she always had the customer centric mind set, always tick herself in their success, and address really their pain points.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her learning agility skills since she always have the need to learn, she don’t mind rolling up the sleeves to have very strong expertise and experience. On top of that, she believes she has strong Win-Win skillset, where she always understand expectation from customer’s perspective. In terms of expertise, she is good with HRIS and Cybersecurity-related platforms, and in domain, she can be a good fit for telco, government, and professional services.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has overall 7+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, she started off as a Customer/Client Success then also did lots of sales role. She has great experience in the SaaS space and has handled different solutions including HRIS, cybersecurity, and monitoring software for her previous companies. Aside from that, 1/3 of her career, she has handled government sector projects, along with telco and professional services projects.
