He is currently working with XXXX as a Senior Partner Development Manager where he is involved with a million USD project for different vendors such as IBM, etc. He is in charge working with different partners, create and review partnership, and promote all their technical stuff for a higher level partnership with them; he is also working closely with his customer’s direct sales team head or management to build relationship with them. Before this, he was with XXXX as a Solutions Sales Team Leader where he was directly involved with property enterprises, they sell emerging technologies like robots, and such. He also was with XXXX before as a Senior Business Development Manager where he belonged to technology team as a salesperson, he worked there very closely with the sales team in presenting their emerging technology solutions.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his great negotiation skills, communication skills, and his great network already in Hong Kong; he has good relationship with some of the big IT companies in Hong Kong. He rates himself about 4-5 out of 5 when it comes to selling products and 4 out of 5 in customer success/account management.
- Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has been working in the IT industry for more than 18 years, more than 15 years of doing direct account engagement, sales, and business development, and also 8+ years of channel management experiences. He has experience working in the energy sector for both CLP and HKE during his stay in XXXX, products are mostly smart metering and smart robot solutions. He has been working mostly with software development company such as IBM, BMC, Huawei, SAP, Oracle, and would be keen to learning more into the technical side of SaaS applications.
