1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has about 12+ years of experience in the supply chain industry where he has mostly handled major key accounts for XXXX, XXXX, and also XXXX. He was mainly responsible for taking care of their client’s contracts, resolve legal issues from end-to-end, and on the technology part, he has been selling software ERP and CRM products such as Sega 500, LIMA, WMS, and others. Previously in his last role with XXXX, he was communicating on a daily basis with his executives, look at new requirements, review and write SOP, and relay it to origins including India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, China, and other teams.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his negotiation and strategy skills; handling lots of major key accounts, he has acquired in-depth understanding of different account’s nature, understand their objective, and propose a solution. Another strength is his great understanding of their company products, execute, and deliver that solution to their clients.   
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has been doing account/relationship management for about 10+ years now and has been mostly in the SCM industry, selling ERP and CRM systems; he is still keen to learn and explore the energy/utility industry. Also has great experience with SaaS applications since he has been selling those for many years now and is mostly familiar with Google Cloud and Microsoft cloud.
