He has more than 10 years of Sales Experience and he was in the manufacturing industry for 8 years and then shifted industries right after 8 years and worked for JWI and he was selling IT solutions with them and then after that moved to Axis and stayed there for only for a few months because they gave up the China market and laid off everyone from China and with his current company the headquarters is located in Australia and most of his colleague were located Singapore and he was in charge of the China, Hong Kong and Macau market.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
He has a skill in account management since he has 8 years of experience in the manufacturing industry and has managed 10 million USD account in America and he was the department head and built a team from scratch and start with 0 team members to 40. He also has a strong team building skills and then shifted to IT industry he also knows how to sell products in the IT industry and learned the process on how to sell in the IT industry. He also has a strong direct selling skill.
- During his time as a Sales Manager when he was with JWI and they have one contract with Lenovo and they 3 competitors to fight with and those competitors have good relationship with Lenovo, he checked off the competitors background and he figured out the decision makers with the client and made good relationship with the decision maker and cooperated with him and presented his pitch and compared what they could offer to their competitors and did the demo for them. He also studied the decision process.
4.They sell the software to energy and gas companies, but the companies were mostly owned by the state and they work closely with the government. |
