1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has been working with sales-related jobs for the past 20 years and mostly in the industrial area. He is currently a Sales Manager for New Equipment with XXXX where he is managing the whole team, gathering them in the right sales direction, and also focuses on pipeline management. He was previously a Customer Sales Manager for the same company, focused on the service center, existing buildings, and upgrading/repairing works. Previously he was a Service Development Manager for XXXX where he also was involved with their biggest streams, responsible for sales management in different areas, also training/coaching junior sales executive. Had previous Sales and Account Management experiences as well from different industrial companies.  
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be sales and hitting target sales; he’s also good in getting information from their customers, provide a suitable solution, and translate the requirements to his colleagues. Aside from that, he has good grasp of the industry and knows the process and technicalities for him to be able to provide a tailored solution to his customers.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Most of his experience in sales are all B2B, and most of their client library are from local developers and contractors in Hong Kong namely Sun Hung Kai, Gammon, and other big contractors locally. For the past few years, he has been handling and selling elevator lifts and walkways, but would be familiar and can learn drones and related products as well.
