1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has been doing sales for about 20 years now for different industries such as exhibitions, real estate property agents, and lighting industry as well. He is currently a Sales Manager with XXXX where he is having sales target/KPIs while also developing new business opportunities with new customers in the lighting industry: LED screens, outdoor, and façade lighting where they are involved with doing the architecture, design supply, and install all of the equipment as well. Before this, he was an Assistant Project Manager for XXXX where he developed new products for the client mostly again for the lighting industry. He also has several experiences as an Account Executive for different companies such as XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be his great ability to learn, even though he is selling another type of product, he can go to the factory to understand the technicality of their products to be able to discuss it properly as a salesperson. He also has great presentation skills and is quite confident with his English, Cantonese, and Mandarin as well.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Strong experience with B2B sales and has experience with mostly property developer and main contractors, as well as façade contractors; his client base in that case are mainly developers and contractors. In his current job, he is partnered up with relevant engineering and architecture companies such as Aecom, Arup, Wong & Ouyang, Ronald Lu for consultant sector and Sun Hung Kai, New World Dynamics, Henderson, and Sino Group for the commercial sector; all of these companies he has worked during his time with XXXX and XXXX. Most of the products he has experience selling are lighting products, LED screens, and similar products.
