Starting as a customer service coordinator, she optimized procedures and reduced costs, understanding customer forecasts, internal controls, and production capabilities. At XXXX, an American manufacturing company, she monitored export processes, generated reports, and identified cost-saving solutions. Her role involved analyzing the international energy market and local demand, gaining expertise in commercial contracts and market pricing to further optimize processes.

Her expertise is her communication skill and her learning ability. 

 3.    Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?

 In the energy industry. In her current company at XXXX, she worked with CLP, who are also their customer. They support and supply energy to them. All of their customers are energy companies, most of which are located in mainland China. She has a client named Guangdong Electric Power Group which is their main customer. They have seven power plants located in different cities of Guangdong. She provides LNG to them and has some contracts and negotiations with them. She will try to figure out the most favorable pricing mechanism for them. She also has some other power group part of a gas provider. Apart from this, she has been a user of software’s such as SAP, BI, and PW.
