He has a background in selling data centre products like colocation etc. He also has a strong product knowledge in Cloud Services like Azure, Tencent Cloud and other cloud services provider and he has also sold services of X
- He was promoted as Customer Success Manager and he does service management and basically, he handles all the major customers in their company like Cathay Pacific, HK Government in different departments and etc. He also worked with retail shops and he also handle all HTC customers. He handles all the regular meetings, and also other operations meeting and then handle all the calculations.
