She has been working in the Hotel industry since her graduation and has started working in the hotel industry since 2013 and she has been working there since her internship and started as the sales coordinator and after a few years she switched to corporate sales. She is a senior sales manager in a 5-star hotel in Hong Kong.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest and specialist in?
She has a strong skill in doing sales, she considers herself as very proactive and she has a very outgoing personality as she likes to talk to people. For her current clients, she likes to talk to them to build trust and build connections. She also thinks that she has a good personality and that she is always ready to help them in issues that they may ran over, and she has a solid year of experience on her back as she has a strong business development skill, and she has sourced different types of clients before just so she could introduce their products and services. She also has a strong language/communication, she has worked with a lot of Chinese clients because of her communication skills.
- Her main role is to give a very good business relationship with corporate account like the banking and finance and they have guest from the law industries and luxury brands. She is also engaged in doing sales calls/telemarketing/visit their office and invite them for site inspection in their hotel to introduce their products/services of their company. She also asks them for any types of bookings/events coordination. She has solid experience in the sales and business development and all these years she has been only working in the hotel industry, but she thinks she has the expertise in switching to other industries. She considers herself as a fast learner and she has shifted from different backgrounds before as well.
