1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Since college and after college, most of her roles are focused with customer success. Previously, she was with a company called XXXX which is an HR SaaS System provider, she was a Customer Success Associate there where she mainly focused on maintaining relationships with the clients, also involved with some sales process, and help/assist their clients from zero to one. She also was with XXXX as a Senior Marketing Communication Specialist but she’s doing customer success function since her boss finds her very well communicated with their clients, and that she can build good relationship with their clients. Currently, she is with XXXX as a Senior Inbound Marketing Specialist, she is mostly focused on marketing, SEO but sometimes, she also maintain client relationships, do PR related job, and involved in handling both existing and new clients.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be marketing and customer success since most of her roles since she started her career are focused on these two. She also has great communication skills and can communicate well with their clients to know their needs and demands, give solutions, and basically doing marketing and providing strategy to their clients.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has about 4 years of experience now in doing customer success function and marketing as well. She has been in the SaaS space for most of her career as well, being involved in the implementation and deployment of an HR SaaS platform and Marketing SaaS platform as well. Aside from that, she also has lots of knowledge and is doing her own research and personal study on the energy optimization area since they are planning to build a startup in this same area.
