1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She has 20+ years of experience and most of her experiences have to interact with customer or with a group of people such as engineering, technical, and others. She started her career with XXXX as a Wireless (Presales) and Solution Specialist where she was involved with lots of telecom projects, had to travel a lot to Hong Kong to understand the technology and them sell it to the Indian market. After that, she moved to XXXX as a Marketing Associate and also later on with Soma Networks as a Technical Bid Manager where she was handling different accounts of both national and international projects. She was also an Account Manager for XXXX for some time, and helped with their revenue growth through effective client interactions, proposals, and RFPs as well. That’s the time she went to Hong Kong and joined XXXX as a Product Management Specialist where she created features for marketing throughout the world and also worked on lots of products that generated profit for the company. Her last role was with XXXX as a Customer Engagement Manager/Project Manager where she had to interact with lots of customers, gather their requirements, and understand the solutions that they need; she was also involved there for providing assistance to their customers and give regular updates to higher management. Basically, she was the point of contact and intermediate between their management and customers.

   Strongest skill would be customer success or any customer-facing role since she has been doing that for the past few years; she’s also very good with marketing, product management, and project management since she’s been doing that when she started her career. Well-versed in interacting with cross-functional teams and getting things done.  
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   She has experiences with B2B sales but mostly for the telecom and network background. She has rich experience doing sales-related or customer-facing related activities since she is coming from that background both in India and in Hong Kong. She is most familiar in handling network products and telecom products.
