1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He is 28 years old and has 6 years of experience in different companies, most recent one is XXXX. He was a business development engineer. He’s been with development team and marketing team, and they represent the company to attend meetings. They are negotiating with different integrations, and they will have something to discuss the plan right after. For the sales role, he’s taking care of his team and build the sales team with 8 people. He has composed sales training materials and held regular sales training and set individual sales’ KPI and team KPI between weeks, months, and quarters. For the marketing role, he acted as head of marketing team, where he took charge of weekly meetings. He monitored posts and advertisement effectiveness with marketing analysis performed as well.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He specializes in mainly in marketing, especially in marketing analysis, finance and he believe that the best part of himself is to analyse all the possibilities and think of a strategy on the market so their customers will buy for themselves or maybe do other strategies like how the market is doing right now. He keeps updated about the marketing trends on what was situation in the marketing industry right now.
