1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She is currently working with XXXX as a CC Product Manager where she’s responsible for the implementation of the acquisition and programs to grow the profitability of the credit cards, and implement promotion program system enhancement as well as manage the whole business performance and operation. Aside from that, she also is involved in the planning with business partners for marketing campaign and restoration of customers. In this role, she has experience working with both internal and external departments. Previously she has been working in the operations area for about 7 years, mostly for delivery platforms and restroom booking system platforms where she was responsible for building and leading the operation process for the team’s improvement, as well as user experience performance improvement and succession. Has vast experience in working closely with cross functional teams and product teams in optimizing products to increase user engagement.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be automating user experience for their customers and clients. She is good in exploring system issues and address it to the technical team to do some automation or rebrand the system so their customers are happy and satisfied.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has over 5-7 years of customer/client facing experience mostly doing operations and business management. Also has SaaS experience during her time with XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX which are mostly delivery and booking SaaS platforms where she was involved in the deployment and implementation to their customers/clients. Most of her industry experience is within the tech space but also has banking experience in current company.
