She has been working with XXXX as their Lead Customer Success Manager, originally starting as a Senior Customer Success Manager for them. Her daily work here is to serve existing customer in GCR region including Hong Kong, China, and Taiwan; she prioritizes taking care of their strategic accounts first and then also attend regular meetings with those customers. After that, they will build their platform and see if their customers have any challenges using it. As a Customer Success Manager, she ensures the smooth adoption journey for their clients mostly in different sectors such as government, universities, retails, and NGOs. Before this, she was with XXXX as an Account Manager where she mainly took care of existing accounts for the Hong Kong region and took care of the expansion part in different regions. She was also an Account Manager for XXXX where she was again delivering services mostly to specification, high quality, and to contractual targets.

Strongest skill would be communication and building relationship with their customers, letting them feel that they are being helped and that they can put their trust on her. Basically, she considers relationship building and people skill as her expertise.
