1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He has a total of 4.5 years of experience in IT solutions selling and has worked with XXXX for the past 2 years where he specialized in doing sales for retailers and shopping malls. He has driven the sales growth for their payment solutions and was also involved in tailoring them down for unique needs of the sector. On top of that, he also has touched a bit of gift cards, loyalty cards, and other reward systems for their clients. He was responsible there for building relationships with key stakeholders within the mall and retail chains, also was the one doing strategic sales plan, market research for identifying new business opportunities, and also analysing their sales metrics. Lastly, he made sure that they have been achieving revenue targets while also keeping customer satisfaction high. He started off as a Sales Representative Specialist where he also did IT solution selling for retail and ecommerce companies, mostly banking and payment systems or platforms for them as well.

   Strongest skill would be his knowledge in the industry of retails, malls, ecommerce, and close industries since he has been working in that area for more than 4 years now; he is familiar with the retail landscape especially when it comes to their payment technologies and tailoring solutions for them. Aside from that, he has a proven track record of driving sales and meeting targets with the use of effective strategies and negotiation skills. Lastly, he has great interpersonal skills in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, customers, and clients, and has lots of contacts already in the retail chain and malls industry.
