1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Her background is in Biomedical Engineering and got her degree in XXXX, after that went for her Masters in Economics. She started her career with XXXX as a Management trainee for almost 2 years where she worked with cross-functional placement in Pharma, OTC, & Medical Device departments. After that, she was moved as the Marketing/BD Supervisor for Pharmaceutical Department where she also handled side projects in business development, covering both Hong Kong and Singapore regions. She then got hunted by XXXX which is a SaaS company where she started as a Sales Development Representative where she was involved with pharma manufacturers exporting drugs to the US, Europe, Russia, and other markets. After that, she was promoted to be a Customer Success Manager where she developed strong relationships with pharma companies from Taiwan, Korea, China, Australia, and New Zealand; she had to do frequent travels to meet with customers from APAC and Australia, handled support tickets, and also liaised them with the support team. After that role, she was promoted as a Marketing Manager where she also became community manager working with healthcare and pharma customers. Currently, she’s a Senior Manager where she manages the operations of regulatory and compliance-driven customer group meetings.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be handling customers since she has been doing that for the past 10+ years of her career being a customer success, sales, and also business development manager. She’s also good with project management as well as presentation to stakeholders.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Has more than 5-7+ years of experience with customer-facing roles such as sales, CSM, and started with BD and Marketing as well. She has solid experience in SaaS for about 7.5 years especially in her current company where she also helped with onboarding customers, walk them through project implementation timeline, and oversee the whole transition. Most of her industry experience is in the pharmaceutical and medical side but would be interested in trying energy sector as well.
