1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He started his career in sales for XXXX as packaging for the garment. Then he changed his job to XXXX to be sales account manager. After 3 years, moved on to XXXX and after half a year he went back to XXXX. After another 3 years later, XXXX started to build free to print the team and he was chosen to be a portal manager. He manages the team in Hong Kong and China during COVID. Then last February, he left XXXX and then rest for 6 months because of an immune system disease he got from COVID. After recovering, he is working for a startup for selling and the current company is called XXXX. They mainly sell robots when he first entered the company, but now they switch their business to the construction for a solution for as many safety smart site solution. They help them to build 4S solution as well.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   He specializes in business development; he has been developing a network channel for 4S solution and for IT based companies. He is also experienced in software development and hardware development, sales presentation and negotiation, as well as in CRM and finding new market.  
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   He has experience in B2B sales in contact with construction sectors like Gammon Construction. He has built up few clients as well in construction. Right now, he majorly focuses in the construction 4S solutions. When he was with XXXX, they were the sole reseller of solar in Hong Kong and they have the largest order in construction industry. He had sold 3d printers to Gammon Construction and majority of their clients are B2B manufacturers in Hong Kong and South China.
