She worked in XXXX as a business analyst and customer service representative, coordinating with sales and warehouse teams. She spent seven years gaining three years of business analyst. In the marine industry, she first worked for XXXX for three years, handling customer meetings, orders, and shipment quotations.  She then joined XXXX, as a technical officer for a year before moving to XXXX at her current boss's invitation. She is confident in managing her nine current customers, having grown from handling only four in her first year.

2.    What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in
Her strongest skill is dealing with people. She believes her expertise lies in how she interacts with customers, particularly external ones. Additionally, she emphasizes the importance of internal employees and is very confident in her communication skills.
