1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   His last role was with XXXX as the Regional Sales Manager for the software solutions and digital marketing division in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, he was responsible for spearheading their sales efforts and drive revenue growth as well. He was also in charge in developing and executing strategic sales plans for APAC markets, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with key clients and partners. Additionally, he was leading and mentoring the sales team and was also involved with analysing market trends, customer feedback and worked closely with the product development and other teams. They are mostly selling both hardware and software solutions, also has experience with the digital marketing area before; his most recent one was an ERP solution for one of their clients in HK. His previous roles include being a Business Development/Sales Manager for XXXX and started off as a Sales Manager for XXXX where he worked for a good 2 years time.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be building relationships with different kind of people; he has to work with lots of customers with different background so he needs to build relationships with them. He also has good grasp and knowledge of doing technical sales for both hardware and most especially software solutions.

   Has Masters and Bachelors in Business Administration and has been in the field for about 8+ years now. He mostly focuses on IT services and software/hardware solutions for his current and past clients and has great professional network in Hong Kong, China, Singapore, and also Japan. Has great sales achievement and has proven track record of successful business growth for the past 6+ years of his career. He also considers himself in developing/creating new business leads since he has been doing this since the start of his career and believes he has honed this skill over the years. Has great experience generating reports and presenting it to internal management, stakeholders.
