He has been in the semiconductor industry for about 10+ years now. He is currently working at XXXX as a Regional Sales Manager where he manage the distribution and handle some direct customer channels. He mainly promote their product and set their strategy. Before this, he was working for XXXX originally as a Customer Service promoted to a Senior Account Manager and later on, he was assigned as a Field Sales Manager, prior to his role with XXXX, he was a Sales Manager as well for XXXX.

What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be in the distribution channel and principle channel so it is easy for him to understand what the industry or market needs. He can also easily promote their products to their customers. When it comes to semiconductors, he is quite strong when it comes to closing deals and the whole operation; can rate himself a perfect score of 5 in this area. For the technical side of semiconductors, he is also knowledgeable but not as strong as his sales knowledge and needs constant learning; can rate himself a 3-4 out of 5.

Do you have the lists of key criteria's according to the client's requirements?
Has over 10 years of experience in the semiconductor industry and strong as well with semiconductors. He also has experience with the whole semiconductor process since he is currently working in a fab that requires him to collaborate with their factories. Very familiar with Hong Kong and China market’s semiconductor industry and also has some clients/customers based in USA and Japan. He handles a portion of 18% local clients and 20% overseas.
