- Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
Has been working with customer support roles for over two decades now; he’s working mainly with IT change incident management roles and was an Incident Manager/Senior IT Consultant for XXXX before. After that, he moved to XXXX as a Regional Services Manager for APAC and got an invite from XXXX as a Customer Success Manager where he managed some key customers in global sectors like Microsoft and Apple. After his time there, he got the chance to move to another IT sector which is cyber security and joined XXXX as again a CSM where he worked on diverse security sector in different time zone. He then moved to XXXX as a Customer Success Manager for the Greater China where he managed the firewall and endpoint solutions for them. After some time, he got an invite again to return to XXXX and he’s now focusing on working with their customers regarding their XXXX platform without any unexpected issues in customer experience.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be building relationships with different kind of people; he has to work in lots of customers with different background so he needs to build relationships with them. For the last 20 years, he has trained and built solid relationships internally and with their customers as well.

Has Professional Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health. Around 20+ years of customer-facing role starting as a Customer Service Officer then gradually went up as a Customer Success Manager and now as a Regional Service Manager. Has experience working with clients in the energy industry namely Hong Kong Electric where they have worked on their firewall and endpoint solutions, has experience deploying SaaS as well since previous company is a SaaS company and has deployed the endpoint solutions/firewall for them.
