He has been in the business development and account management for the past 5 years, with sprinkles of project management and strategy consulting as well. He is currently with XXXX as a Business Development & Customer Success Executive where he’s in charge of corporate and mid-market accounts, basically everything from presales to liaising with their implementation consultants and technical consultants coming up with quotations proposals and negotiations. He’s also involved with account management side, mostly nurturing the existing clients, upselling and renewals, and some business development events. Before this, he was with XXXX as an Arabic Apps Moderator & Developer Accounts as well where he nurtured Arab app developer accounts of the company.

Strongest skill would be more on intercultural-related projects since he is a multilingual and can speak 5 languages; he’s great with handling China and Middle East, as well as Europe projects. He’s great with doing cross-border work, mostly implementing projects between regions, and doing business development/account management as well.
