  1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
    She has been working XXXX for the past 6 years now as a Customer Success Manager for Asia Pacific. She is currently managing a team of 6 CS specialists across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Malaysia; she directly reports to the Global Customer Success Director based in London, and works very closely with global CS team, account managers, product/data team, and marketing team, also their COO who looks after their entire CS department. She’s mainly in charge of anything post sales, her team mostly works on onboarding, product training, relationship building, and problem solving as well. They are also maintaining the product usag, renew their existing accounts, provide CS services, as well as upselling. She joined them originally as a Customer Success Team Lead for Hong Kong before she got promoted to her current role. Before this, she was with XXXX as a Client Services Specialist where she helped on doing client retention, analysing usage, and onboarding as well. She used to handle quite a lot of first year accounts as well as risk and key accounts across Hong Kong and Singapore for this company.

     
  2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
    Strongest skill would be more on customer relationship management; she’s definitely a great presenter regardless of the product, she’s also a good ambassador for any product trainings and project management. Has great communication skills as well and has been working across different teams, has strong cross-functional and collaboration skills.

     
  3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
    She has more than 10 years of experience with customer and client success management. Her recent role was focused more on servicing banking and financial sectors, as well as recruitment sectors, with their SaaS backend solutions; they are responsible there for building client relationship during onboarding or throughout the entire subscription and she’s quite knowledgeable with implementation or handling of SaaS solutions as well for clients. Has great communication and people management skills as well although still open to doing individual contributor stuff such as meeting clients, relationship building, and working together with teams.
