1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   He’s currently working with XXXX as a Merchant Success Manager where he’s looking after merchants, basically taking in credit card payments, e-commerce payments, and anything related to accepting payment from credit card users; he’s more into fintech and merchant business in this company. Before this, he was with XXXX which is a SaaS firm working mostly on software for restaurants focused on Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Vietnam as well. He has built the connection within those regions as well as building up the whole Hong Kong Customer Success team. Before this, he was an Executive Assistant for XXXX. At the moment, his career is more on finance and technology sector, more on software and solution-based products.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be more on customer experience and operation since for most of his roles, he was responsible for customer success and basically involved with hiring and being department head. Aside from being a leader/manager, he’s also a great individual contributor and has lots of experience dealing with big corporations in terms of satisfying their needs, delivering their requirements, and such.  
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Has more than 6 years of experience with customer success and customer facing roles. Most of the sectors he has been was banking, credit cards, and restaurants, he’s always dealing with SaaS or solution-based products for them. In his previous company, they are selling SaaS solutions to restaurant and he has great understanding of SaaS concept, how it generates revenue, and it’s value proposition as well. He’s a part of the selling process but also more on the account management side of things.
