1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She has been working in Hong Kong for the past 6-7 years now but has overall 13-14 years of experience already. She is dedicated in the customer service and client success area, managing client matter with a proven track record and focuses on prioritizing client satisfaction. She’s also experienced in developing and implementing multiple process of delivery enhancement that improves overall service delivery of the support team or client matter experts team. Currently working with XXXX as a Client Support Analyst where she has been collaborating with account managers, project managers, and is responsible for handling multiple accounts of their customers; does review calls with their customers to check any issues, complaints, and understand their pain points as well as tell them more about the service or products they have. Previously, she was working as a Client Service Manager for XXXX where she was handling a team of around 5-6 members around APAC, they implemented different processes there and enhanced the service delivery on top of creating robust training programs for their team. She also was a Team Lead for Customer Solutions with XXXX where she managed over small scale accounts, roughly around 50+ accounts from various industries and helped them understand their needed products and services. Before this, she was also doing client solutions, client matter expert for some companies in India.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be maintaining strong relationship with the customers and clients, has bene doing this for many years now. She’s also good with fostering and building relationships as well as always putting forward their customers/clients’ needs and requirements. On top of that, she’s proficient with enhancing the delivery processes and implementing solutions for the betterment of her own team and the entire organization.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has more than 10 years of experience in the customer/client facing space and has been a Customer Success/Client Success and Services for several companies now both in India and Hong Kong. Has rich experience with SaaS solutions especially during her time with XXXX, XXXX, and XXXX; the most recent SaaS she was involved with was with Neat which is a Fintech SaaS used for making incoming and outgoing payments for both local and international clients. Industry wise, she has worked in different domains such as fintech, SaaS, and product-based companies so she can be comfortable in any industry at this point.
