  1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
    He started off with more technical roles and have technical background in terms of programming. For the last 10 years, he has been in the tech sales particularly in the HR space and some web companies as well. After some time, he has been with presales/sales type of positions and currently is working with XXXX as a Client Success Account Manager where he is responsible for managing the relationship between the client and the company, going over terms and contracts, engage clients for renewals, upcoming initiatives, upsell, and propose new products to their clients basically making new sales. Before this, he was a Solution Enablement Lead for APAC with XXXX where he was driving solutions sales and the enablement for the whole region. Was also doing some business development and solution consultancy for previous companies.

     
  2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
    Strongest skill would be consultative approach; he is not only focusing on relationship selling but is more on relationship plus technical/domain knowledge selling side as well for different clients. He’s great with bridging the gap between vendor and client, and putting himself into their shoes to help them with their transformation.  

     
  3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
    He has been with customer-facing roles for more than 10 years, he’s currently a Client Success Account Manager so he’s well versed in this area. He also has been working with SaaS products for the last 10 years, mostly HRIS, Talent Assessment and Management, and Recruitment solutions. He also has a great technical background and started off with Computer Science related roles in the early years of his career.
