1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   Since he graduated, he got into Master’s Degree in Business Administrations and International Management before moving to Asia. His first professional experience in software as a service was a one-year contract with XXXX as a Sales & Customer Success Executive where they targeted small and medium businesses to sell their products. After that, he moved to Singapore where he joined XXXX as an Account Manager for their Data Center and Infrastructure department in Asia; he had two caps there including being a purely customer success account management, taking care of existing accounts, working on renewals, and the second cap is more of project management where he’s also involved with regional budgets for operations, manage a team of over 5 people over different projects, and make sure that they deliver projects on time. Recently, he joined XXXX as an Account Manager where he is highly exposed to cloud activities and also addressing various types of clients such as luxury retailers, banks and insurances, telco, and some public administrations which mostly have a larger pool of solutions including SaaS and IaaS for cloud migration; he has experience in AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform. He has clients both locally and internationally, some of them are L’oreal, MTR, and CLP in Hong Kong.

   Strongest skill would be client relationships and management since he has good understanding of where the clients are at. Also strong with strengthening relationships with existing clients and growing businesses.
