1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
He has been working for the last 15+ years and started his career with XXXX and XXXX for Key Account Management roles and Service Sales as well. He mainly looked up different enterprise and major accounts from the government, regulators, banks or insurance companies, and such. After that, he went to being a Consultant and explored building up relationships, managing accounts for upselling and cross selling, did that for the last 10 years. He was then quite interested with startup industry and how they bring the new digital transformation to different corporate enterprise so he stepped out from the traditional IT and started to build a startup with his partners back in 2018-2019, XXXX, where they provided engagement platform for different private body association and non-profit organizations. After that, he helped XXXX to build up a platform for their members as a Business Development Manager and also worked for two more startups including XXXX which is a SaaS Travel and Lifestyle Commerce and also XXXX as a Senior Account Director, it’s an end-to-end loyalty and Fintech SaaS solution.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be his understanding of business operation, their pain points, room of improvements, and help customers facilitate their businesses in general. More that, he’s also good with project management cycle, IT operations side, including infrastructure and product ownership. He’s more likely to do B2C approach.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has more than 10 years of experience as a customer-facing candidate starting from Account Management and doing several startups as well. He has solid 6 years of experience in SaaS solutions mainly in travel, lifestyle commerce, and Fintech solutions; most of his industry experience lies within banking and insurance area but would be willing to learn more about energy and utility.
