   He has 12 years of experience and moved from mainland China to Hong Kong for his bachelor's degree in mathematics. After working for five years at XXXX in solution consulting for the APAC region, he pursued an MBA at a top Asian business school. He then shifted to business consulting, focusing on strategic planning for the finance and auto industries. Three years ago, he joined XXXX, a tech ad startup based in San Francisco, attracted by the opportunity to use data and technology to empower clients. XXXX, which has grown from two to four employees during his tenure, operates globally with a remote workforce. He covers the China market (excluding Japan) for the APAC region.
