1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
   She is very passionate about customer success and has been in this area for over 7 years starting with XXXX as a Customer Success Manager for Asia Pacific. She mainly worked there with SaaS such as Learning Management System and Libraries Management System as well; most of their accounts are university and public institution and after on, she transitioned to XXXX again as a Customer Success Manager where she worked on mostly robotic process automation software for financial industries. She had CLP as one of their clients that time where they worked on automation processes for them, worked closely with their IT infrastructure and billing team. And currently, she’s with XXXX as a Customer Success Manager again where she ensures that their customers are utilizing their products to the fullest.  She was also with British Council before as an Account Relationship Manager where she functioned as more like a sales role, fish out opportunities to sell iOS app into higher education and institutions in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Greater China area.
    
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
   Strongest skill would be thinking out of the box to help her clients find the best solution; she has great experience in coming up with a tailored solution for her clients and customizing whole process to better fit her client’s needs/requirements. She always ensures to herself that she takes care of them a little bit further, and more than what she’s asked to.
    
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
   Her overall experience in being a customer success manager rounds up to about 7 years now and has great familiar with CLP since she has worked for an automation process with them before. On top of that, she has lots of experience in implementing/deploying SaaS based solutions for clients as well and her latest one is with XXXX itself.
