  1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
    He has worked in customer account service or customer retention for the past 5 years, mostly for software companies and financial institutions or fintech. He focuses mainly on license renewal, customer retention and support. He was previously with XXXX as a Senior Customer Account Executive where he frequently engaged with his clients, get their concerns and difficulties, resolve their problem and handled agreement issues as well; some of the accounts he has managed before was within different industry such as FSI, commercial, telco, entertainment, and public services wherein CLP was one of his clients before. Way back, he handled all the inquiries for support issues and delegate to technical team as well, he was also involved there with training business, various product training, and most administrative works such as reporting to the management. After that, he joined XXXX as a Client Support Executive where he was focused on client support, handling their enquiries/issues, manage credit accounts for global and local banks, insurance companies in Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and provide resolution to all product issues of their clients. Basically, he was doing customer success role for these accounts and in charge of retention as well as some project management.

    Strongest skill would be handling customer retention and keeping good relationship with his clients. He is reliable to act quickly and have fast responses in resolving customers’ inquiries and issues. Rates himself around 4 out of 5 in doing customer success and retention.

     
  3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
    He has 5+ years of experience with customer success/client support experience especially for his past two roles; he started off with sales and marketing which is also heavy customer-facing roles. He has been handling SaaS products for his past two companies and they are mostly data analytics platform and financial reporting SaaS product, mostly created for banks. He also has worked with CLP before as a client where they used their data analytics SaaS platform so he’s familiar with the company already.
