He has over 20 years of experience in Sales and Business Development within the Construction and Energy sectors. Starting in construction after graduation, he transitioned to IBM, focusing on construction and supporting clients in sales, marketing, training, and project support. He later joined XXXX and then he later join at XXXX to manage a project management software product under Schneider Electric in Hong Kong, leading a team to sell the product to major developers and potential clients.

He believes his strongest skill is collaboration, as he frequently interacts with various departments, enjoys engaging with people, and understands their needs to provide tailored solutions. His construction background and IT expertise, including project management, source models, cloud migration, big data, and talent management, make him a strong market player.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
At XXXX, he worked with M2 software, linked to Schneider Electric, which led to further involvement with the company. He then joined XXXX, where he sold SaaS software to China’s channel and power sectors, managing projects and overcoming resistance to SaaS. This included a battery system project for China Power and working with CLP, Towngas, and Hong Kong Electric. He spent nine months on deal closures and another nine on legal issues, also training Chinese consultants on M2. His career includes roles at SaaS companies like Cornerstone OnDemand, IBM, and big data firm Domo, with additional experience in customer-facing roles across various industries, gained during his time at XXXX.
