He is currently a Business Advisor for XXXX. he was initially acting as a business development executive or an account executive handling the full sales cycle from very beginning of client qualifications to prototype configuration, demonstration, contract negotiation, closing, as well as customer success account management. He is currently a Sales Coach for them and has started handling and training some of the newbies to get them to his level. Previously, he was with XXXX where he was doing more of project management function rather than sales; he was involved with manufacturing, engineering, and also was doing some business development which he believed helped him transition from project management to his current job in sales.
- What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be on the sales side of things such as handling different clients/accounts and being able to communicate with them; also good on the conversion side since he is doing that as a customer success in current role.
- Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
He has about 2-3 years of customer-facing experience, both on account management, sales, and customer success management. Being in a business management SaaS company at the moment, he has great experience with deploying and implementing SaaS solutions to clients. On top of that, he is coming from a mechanical engineering background which will surely help him bridge technical gaps in understanding the client’s background and jargons.
