1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She’s currently doing her MBA in XXXX while also working full time for XXXX as a Sales Director where she was responsible for setting up all their sales, hire their sales team, and start running sales and marketing for the company. Before this, she was with XXXX as an International Strategic Account Executive and XXXX as a Sales & Partnerships Manager, she was originally hired as a Territory Manager there and was in charge of anything in their territory, doing both customer success, sales, or account management as well; she was also involved there for the entire sales cycle, finish that and work very closely with presales teams and engineers to get customers set up, maintain them throughout their life cycle of their contracts, upselling, and manage the relationships generally. In that company, she worked with lots of government sector, utility companies, and such.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be her ability to get a birdseye view of the organization she’s working with as well as the different processes that their customers go through. She is great in seeing the full cycle to be able to align what solutions they will provide best for their customers and the organization as well.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
Strong customer-facing experience and has been into sales, account management, and customer success function as well for the past 10+ years. Most of her roles as well are inclined to SaaS so she has great grasp of its deployment and implementation together with their engineering team, checking and answering questions from customers as well. The previous one she was involved with was during her time in XXXX where they provide content management SaaS platform and business process automations. She has also worked for government and utility sectors before across APAC, including Hong Kong Electric.
