1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
She is currently working with XXXX as a Customer Success Manager where she is involved with delivering services and is focused more on the software side. She is helping their new customers during their onboarding, driving their usages, and facilitating their daily operations and troubleshooting as well if they have any issues regarding their software products; in terms of existing customers, she is responsible for checking the revenue, handling renewals, and exploring other opportunities through upselling and cross selling. She was previously working with XXXX, which is a SaaS company as well, where she was also handling their accounts focusing on both service and strategy side.
2. What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in?
Strongest skill would be more on the project management and account management side; she is great in on boarding clients and educate them how to have the best practice for their SaaS products, also continue to help the companies drive higher revenue. Her expertise lies on service added tools, together with her communication skill, time management, and handling clients from both locally and internationally.
3. Do you have the lists of key criteria’s according to the clients’ requirements?
She has about 5-6 years of experience with customer-facing roles, mostly doing customer success roles and function for her past two companies. She also has been in the SaaS industry for the past few years and recently has been deploying/implementing video commerce SaaS solutions for their clients in Greater China, Hong Kong, and Taiwan as well; she is interested to learn more and explore about the energy/utility area.
