   She was originally from Shanghai but has been living in Hong Kong for around seven years now. She was promoted after one year to account manager, handling more customers. Previously, she worked in the aviation industry, which also required an engineering background. Her previous job title was customer service, involving processing quotations, shipments, and invoicing. Her current role is frontline sales, where she maintains customer relationships and upsells products. They focusing on maintaining relationships with existing customers. Her major customers include China Merchants Group. She has nearly three years of experience working at XXXX and around four years in customer service
