  1. Could you introduce yourself and tell us about you? Your current / recent jobs and employers? Previous companies and jobs?
    He has two positions now. He is now working in XXXX; it is a is a technology company that their portfolio is set up and they represent a smart living brand in in Hong Kong and Middle East at the beginning. Unfortunately, the represent failed to deliver the project and the product us so they dropped it and focus more on the IT or AI solution developments, and he has a problem with different GIS AI companies to put the government lies in Housing Authority, SMS. In the XXXX, he is also working there as a business development manager now and it is an architecture company, and his job is going out to make a sales lead that the target customers are asking for like the web developers is like the main contractors, so he opposed them to do a presentation and get invitations

2.    What skill(s) / experience would you self-describe as strongest or specialist in
He is strongest in the business development and sales marketing industry like he’s working in PNL, both voice and current job uses new business development in the community’s proposal. He has major skill in business and he’s also good at marketing research and business proposals, and business finance.

3.    Do you have the list/s of key criteria that the client needs? If so, can you tell me more?
He has experience in B2B sales and contacts with engineering sectors, worked with construction engineer, architects. Because in Hong Kong, a lot of developments from government are via contractor instead of developers. He has contacts with Arup, AECOM, WSP, and other major contractors like Buildking, Socam, Shui On Engineering, China State Construction, Chevalier, BUCG-CCCL Joint Venture, Dragages, Sanfield Construction Innovations Limited, etc. He hasn’t had any experience in selling surveying equipment, but he knows such kind of technology and he knows how to work with those technology vendors to do a collaboration and deploy. He has an experience working with POC trail with housing authority. He has installed sensor to do a detection and then generate reports for the housing authority. He has experience of using drone to detect heritage sites and generated reports via AI platform for Antiquities and Monuments Office AMO. He is selling architecture design service to those major contractors for government’s design and build projects with them. The companies he has a network already are Buildking & China State Construction.
